Size Counts: Some Extraordinary Anatomical Considerations

Giovanni is a Milanese fashion photographer who a few years ago saw a lapse in photographic art that focused on maleness. He elected to publish three photographic monographs through Bruno Gmünder - BITES, PRIVATE PARTS and UN*/CUT - that had the courage to simply define the variations in male genitalia. The result? Some of the best selling books of this genre with audiences that included both curious women and envious men.

In SUPERSIZED: WE CARRY OVERSIZES! Giovanni plays on a pun for men's clothing advertisements and taking images from his previous books and supplementing those prize images with a large (pun intended) number of fresh photographs, he has produced an oversized book for his supersized subject matter. The book itself is a work of art: not only are the photographs brilliantly executed, but the design of the book alone is worth the price. The cover flaps as the book is opened either form the from or the back feature a larger than life (one would hope.....) introduction to the topic at hand. And aside from the sheer incredible anatomic aspects of this book there is a fine sense of awe mixed with humor and of course sensuality that should make this volume Giovanni's his most popular to date.
